Testimonials
Brett Billups, Kraft Foods:

Kraft Foods contracted Prophit Marketing and About Me International to assist us in implementing a targeted project involving top talent in one of our sales regions.
The About Me program and presentation was just what this team needed to “jump-start” the team’s direction. As a result of this program the team was able to hit the ground running in tackling their objective, bypassing the normal time necessary to reach a productive team dynamic. Team members rated the program as “Fantastic’ and “Spot-On” and Region VP/Managers were equally impressed with the team’s excitement level as a result of the program’s ability to identify the core communication personalities of each individual team member. In my opinion, the About Me program is the most effective organizational communication tool I have experienced.
Nick Arlt, Festival Foods:
I have a better understanding of what my leader wants, the things that are important to him and a tool to address things in a non-confrontational manner.
Vinnie Pontius, Sales Manager, Dahl Automotive:

When I came aboard as Dahl Automotive's Sales Manager, they made me do this Aboout Me Card thing and I was like...'what that the heck is this? I just want to sell cars and make money.' I had resistance, but the more I actually starting using it, I was surprised how much it helped me work with other employees. I know that you may be skeptical about this program but I promise you'll benefit from it.

Anita, my cashier had given me a letter about some concerns she was having. Being a part-timer she felt that she was unimportant to Dahl. She had pointed out some of the things I had done as a leader that made her feel this way. These comments were not all directed towards me but I felt it was still my fault I did not recognize the signs. There were a few more things but what got to me the most was her use of the About Me Card. Not only did it show me what I was doing wrong as a leader but when I truly looked at it, I learned about Anita. She held me accountable. With her letter, she included her About Me Card with comments by each of her 'What you can expect from me' items:
- I love it when you accept me (She wrote: Not feeling very accepted)
- Are you ok? (She wrote: No I'm not ok)
One of her 'Don'ts' was:
- Don't bring a negative attitude (She wrote: I bring a negative attitude when my feelings have been hurt enough.)
What power can one card hold? What a wonderful tool to use to get to know your team. What a great way for your team to use to communicate with leadership. I had a meeting with Anita; we went through both of our About Me Cards together, discussed issues once we knew each other better. We had a great conversation and problems are solved! Thanks for all you do, Joe.
Gregg Hetue, Brown County United Way:

The About Me process helps people to understand each other better, with the positive result of less friction and fewer times where there is discord in the family.
Katie Thiel, Schneider National:

I was able to use my card to explain who I am; what you can expect from me and my likes and dislike. I backed up my statements with my professional portfolio. It was a very successful piece of the interview and really set me apart from other candidates.
